Private residences, apartments, commercial interiors. You make the decisions that shape the concept — we turn them into a finished space. No searching for contractors, no supervising the crew, no surprises on handover day
Interior Design — From Concept to a Space You Can Move Into
Interior design is about how a space works for you every day.
What a proper design project delivers
Solutions proven across dozens of projects
Transparent budget and timeline
One partner, from concept to final detail
Real materials, actually available
An interior built around your scenarios
International team, local expertise
An interior you won't want to redo in five years
An interior isn’t a one-off purchase. It’s a space you’ll live or work in for several years — ideally a decade and more. The decisions made at the start determine whether that space becomes a comfortable backdrop to your life, or a constant source of irritation.
That’s why any strong project starts not with a mood board, but with a conversation. We go through your space, your scenarios, your budget, and tell you honestly what’s feasible and what will require compromise. Sometimes, after such a meeting, a client realizes a full design project isn’t what they need — a planning consultation is enough. And that’s a valid outcome too.
The meeting is short, online or at our office. No obligations, no pressure. Just a substantive conversation about your space.

About Us
About LH47 ARCH
International expertise and scale
Founded in 2015 in Chișinău. Today LH47 ARCH is an international firm of more than 100 architects, engineers, and designers with offices in Moldova, Romania, Georgia, and Russia. This scale gives you working knowledge of local codes, contractors, and materials in the country of your project.
Technology as a guarantee of results
We design in a BIM environment with 3D modeling and VR visualization. You walk through the volume of your future space before construction begins, and digital precision eliminates engineering errors that would otherwise be resolved on site at your expense.
Full-cycle architecture
We take on the entire workload — from the first idea to author supervision on site and the handover of keys. No need to assemble or coordinate a team of contractors yourself. Our task is to create an object that serves your business goals or provides comfort for decades.
FAQ
What's included in a full-cycle interior design project?
Concept, working documentation, material and furniture selection, construction team coordination, and supervision through to final handover - all under one team, with no need to source separate contractors. The client makes the concept decisions; the team handles the rest.
How do you know if a chosen material will last 5-10 years in an interior?
The material isn't judged from a catalog but from the track record of dozens of completed projects - it's already known how a specific finish or textile performs after years of real use. This avoids the case where a solution looks great on a render but quickly loses its appeal in reality.
What should be included in a design project's budget to avoid surprises at handover?
A complete budget with specific line items is drawn up before work begins, not clarified along the way. Any deviation from the budget or schedule is communicated to the client the moment it happens, not a week before the final handover.
Why is one partner needed for the entire interior project instead of a separate designer and construction team?
A single partner removes the accountability gap between design and execution - if something on site doesn't match the project, the same team that designed it is responsible for it. The client's involvement is needed at only two points: the concept stage and the final handover.
What happens if the designer specifies a material that isn't actually available on the market?
From the start, only materials that are genuinely available within the required timeline should make it into the specification - otherwise you get the "the designer drew it but it can't be bought" scenario during installation itself. Checking material availability is part of the design process, not a problem that surfaces later.
Does an interior design project start with a moodboard or with analyzing how the space is used?
It starts with analyzing how a person lives or works in the space - what scenarios repeat daily, who uses each zone and how. Aesthetics and the moodboard come after this analysis and serve those scenarios, not the other way around - otherwise, within a year, the interior starts getting in the way of daily life.
Does the same design team perform consistently well across multiple countries?
A team with offices in Moldova, Romania, Georgia, and Russia works at an international design standard but stays connected to the local materials, suppliers, and crews of each market. That means the project is developed to a unified standard but executed based on what's actually available in that specific country.
Can you get an interior consultation without commissioning a full design project?
Yes - after reviewing the space, usage scenarios, and budget, it sometimes turns out the client only needs a layout consultation rather than the full service cycle. The first meeting comes with no obligations, and it's exactly there that the real scope of work needed becomes clear.
Why does an interior designed without analyzing usage scenarios start getting in the way after a year?
Because decisions made purely for aesthetic reasons, without accounting for daily habits, eventually clash with real life in the space - an inconvenient storage zone, poor lighting at a workspace, illogical circulation routes through the apartment. This is set at the very start of the project and is almost impossible to fix cosmetically afterward.
