This complex consists of two volumes with fundamentally different characters. A long warehouse block — linear, utilitarian, clad in beige panels, with a loading zone along its end. And beside it, a three-storey office block in brick where there isn’t a single straight line.
The office section is the architectural accent of the whole complex. The brickwork follows curved, organic contours, and the white balconies on each floor repeat the same waves — they wrap around the façade and create a sculptural silhouette unusual for an industrial setting. At ground level, panoramic glazing with warm light from inside makes the building recognisable at any hour.
The perimeter fence is resolved as a parametric construction with a rhythmic wave pattern — it continues the language of the façade and balconies, turning the boundary of the site into part of the architectural image.
The two buildings share the same site but operate differently: the warehouse handles logistics, the office shapes the company’s face. The contrast between them is intentional — a deliberate separation of function and identity, where each volume does exactly what it was designed for.

The LH47 ARCH team: people who live their craft
The LH47 ARCH team is made up of architects, engineers, and designers for whom the profession long stopped being just a job. Behind every project they see not a form or a façade, but a person: how they will live in this space, what scenarios will unfold there over time. This kind of view cannot be imitated — it grows only out of a genuine love for the work.
