Located on the picturesque bank of the Dniester River, this complex combines the natural energy of water and organic architecture, creating a space for complete relaxation and rejuvenation. The architecture is delicately integrated into the landscape: the buildings seem to grow out of the terrain, while the smooth lines of the facades continue the forms of the surrounding nature.
The key element of the concept is seven underground hobbit houses. Structurally, these are monolithic reinforced concrete volumes with cyclopean concrete cladding, organically built into the relief. This solution allows for preserving the natural character of the site and shapes a unique living experience.
The SPA complex and restaurant are executed in soft, rounded forms that create an atmosphere of seclusion and comfort. The architectural ensemble is complemented by lightweight metal-frame structures clad in wooden shingles. In the center of the complex is an infinity pool, styled as a natural body of water and integrated into the surrounding landscape.
The bath complex includes three types of steam rooms and massage rooms. The restaurant is designed for intimate events and is complemented by a private pool, forming a separate relaxation zone with a high level of privacy.
The MOLOVATA project is a modern example of ecotourism architecture, where engineering solutions, natural materials, and a respectful attitude toward the landscape are unified into a single concept of space for relaxation.
