This house is designed as a contemporary model of individual housing that can be adapted to various sites and lifestyles while preserving its unique architectural identity. At the core of the project is a construction technology utilizing prefabricated timber frame modules, which significantly reduces construction time without compromising architectural quality or living comfort.
The architectural composition is built on a combination of several clean volumes of varying heights and orientations. Sharp geometry makes the house expressive and recognizable, while the materials highlight the project’s character: the facades are finished with thermally modified wood and fiber cement panels with a concrete texture. Corten steel accents define the entrance zone and the terrace, adding depth and a distinct visual identity to the composition.
One of the key features of the project is the horizontal clerestory lighting in the living area. A narrow panoramic strip of glazing fills the interior with natural light and forms an expressive image for the facade.
The architecture of the house responds directly to the specific features of the site. The topography and scenic views determined the spatial organization and the arrangement of functional zones. The layout is divided into several independent blocks: the social area, the private quarters, the entrance group, and the technical spaces. Each block faces the most favorable views and provides the necessary level of privacy.
The bedroom zone faces the quietest part of the plot, protected from neighboring houses and external noise. The living room and terrace are oriented toward open views, becoming the natural center of daily life. Technical rooms and the carport are located near the main entrance, ensuring efficient logistics and rational space organization.
Special attention was paid to the shape of the roof. During the design process, various options were considered, including combinations of flat and sloped sections. Ultimately, the entire composition was unified by a single monopitch roof that spans across the entire volume of the building. This solution not only simplified the structure and construction but also gave the architecture integrity, rhythm, and expressiveness.
