The concept of the “Pinecone House” is based on harmony between architecture and nature. Its form was inspired by the pine cone — a natural element that seamlessly integrates into the forest landscape and creates a striking architectural silhouette.
The structure is made from lightweight yet durable materials capable of supporting a suspended design. Eco-friendly insulated panels are used as the main elements, reducing the need for heating and cooling. Energy is supplied by solar panels with storage systems, while water is sourced through rainwater collection and filtration, making the house highly autonomous and sustainable.
The interiors are designed according to yacht-building principles: each area is compact, functional, and carefully thought out down to the smallest details. Built-in furniture and concealed storage systems allow efficient use of space, creating a comfortable environment even within limited dimensions.
The house is elevated two meters above the ground, minimizing impact on the natural surroundings and preserving the existing landscape. The first level includes a living room and bathroom, the second — a bedroom with a private, cozy atmosphere, and the third — an observation deck with views of the surrounding nature.
Its pinecone-like shape ensures natural ventilation and regulates the indoor microclimate. Thanks to the streamlined shell, the house is resistant to precipitation and wind, maintaining comfortable temperature and humidity levels.
The “Pinecone House” is not just a place to stay but an architectural art object that redefines the concept of countryside tourism. The project was created entirely from scratch without borrowing existing models, using artificial intelligence to generate the concept and develop the BIM model, and then brought to life as a real structure where technology and architecture work in harmony with nature.
