The architecture of this residential complex is built around two key principles: natural light and a sense of space. Ceiling heights of 2.86 meters without protruding beams, floor-to-ceiling panoramic glazing, and the thoughtful orientation of the building ensure maximum penetration of daylight into every apartment. The facades are finished with large-format porcelain stoneware panels in three shades: light grey, dark grey, and ivory. The rhythmic alternation of the panels forms an expressive appearance for the building, while a ventilated facade system with an air gap protects the structures from moisture, increases energy efficiency, and reduces heating and cooling costs.
The building volume is shaped in such a way that each apartment receives an ample amount of sunlight. The enclosed inner courtyard is fully isolated from vehicular traffic and city noise, creating a safe and peaceful space for the residents’ relaxation.
Two underground levels are dedicated to parking, accommodating approximately 70% of the apartments, with convenient access via an internal ramp.
