The hotel is located in Romania’s tourist region Slănic Moldova. The building follows the existing terrain. A zigzagging facade ensures that every room enjoys a panoramic view. The balconies add further depth and sculptural character, embedding the structure into the mountainous landscape.
Since many visitors come here for wellness purposes, the lower level of the hotel is dedicated to therapeutic and SPA areas.
While many mountain hotels offer beautiful terraces, this project by the LH47 team also features a dramatic infinity pool perched directly above the cliff’s edge. Bathing there creates a true sensation of flight. The facade uses natural materials, including two types of wooden slat cladding.
