This strict and stylish minimalist house design is expressed through flawless geometry: clean rectangular forms on the outside conceal the highest functionality inside. The object’s visual status is elevated by a natural stone facade, produced by special order and delivered to the site for installation.
The layout is thought out to the smallest detail. Beyond the living zones, the plan includes technical rooms, a dressing room, a pantry, and a wine cellar. However, the main engineering challenge was the development of a house with underground garage. This was a key requirement of the client — to create a space for the convenient storage of a personal car collection.
Realizing this task transformed the object into a full-fledged house with basement, where the lower level functions as a private showroom.
This project demonstrates our approach to creating luxury modern homes: we create a modern stone house that solves complex technical challenges while remaining a model of architectural conciseness.
