This resort complex on the high bank of the Dniester River offers a contemporary reinterpretation of a nature retreat. The main challenge of the project was mastering a complex, sloped terrain with an elevation drop of over 16 meters.
We abandoned the traditional cottage development approach. Instead, each accommodation unit is integrated directly into the slope and remains virtually hidden within the landscape, preserving the authentic natural character of the site. A living vineyard is planted on the restaurant’s usable roof, making it an active component of both the architectural concept and the surrounding environment.
The lodges cascade down the hillside, providing every guest with absolute privacy, panoramic nature views, and a profound sense of seclusion. The architectural image is inspired by the concept of a modern earth-sheltered home, featuring clean, restrained geometry and expansive panoramic glazing.
The interiors are executed following the principles of biophilic design: soft forms, organic lines, and natural materials create an atmosphere of tranquility and complete harmony with the environment.
As a result, the architecture functions as a seamless extension of the landscape, and the entire complex serves as a prime example of carefully integrating modern tourism infrastructure into a delicate natural setting.
