About the project

This complex is arranged so that heavy trucks and light freight vehicles never share the same route. The first level serves large trucks. The second level, with its own ramp entrance, handles vehicles up to 7 tonnes. Each flow has its own path. This makes warehouse operations faster and safer.

The warehouse section is divided into units — each works independently or combines with neighbouring ones to fit the required size. The front line holds commercial spaces across two levels, with offices above. One facility covers the needs of production, retail and management all at once.

A guest or employee arrives on site via an overhead walkway that leads directly into a public zone — with a café, waiting areas and meeting spaces. This isn’t a checkpoint or a gatehouse. It’s the first space that greets people.

The site entrance is marked by a portal with large columns and a canopy. Dark metal, orange accents — the facility reads clearly from the road. It looks like a place that means business

The LH47 ARCH team: people who live their craft

The LH47 ARCH team is made up of architects, engineers, and designers for whom the profession long stopped being just a job. Behind every project they see not a form or a façade, but a person: how they will live in this space, what scenarios will unfold there over time. This kind of view cannot be imitated — it grows only out of a genuine love for the work.
