This project brings two formats into one space — bubble tea and a bakery. The task wasn’t to make a café with two menus, but to build a single environment where both functions work together toward a shared atmosphere and brand identity.
The entrance is resolved through a striking lobby styled as a lift. Immediately beyond it sits a mirrored zone for photography: a guest walks in and lands in a place they want to capture right away. This isn’t a marketing afterthought — it’s built into the architecture of the entrance from the start.
The centre of the hall is organised around a column with circular seating. Additional seating runs along the glazed façade, creating intimate perspectives — the space holds the guest, offering a choice: a communal table, a window seat or a quiet corner. The bar island is shaped in smooth, rounded forms that reference tapioca pearls — the signature element of bubble tea. The brand reads without signs or slogans.
The staircase is concealed behind a construction of glass blocks lit in the brand’s corporate colours. Even the engineering runs — including open wiring — are absorbed into the overall colour system. There are no technical details that need apologising for. Playfulness and function work together, and the space becomes a place for meeting, working and resting at the same time.

The LH47 ARCH team: people who live their craft
The LH47 ARCH team is made up of architects, engineers, and designers for whom the profession long stopped being just a job. Behind every project they see not a form or a façade, but a person: how they will live in this space, what scenarios will unfold there over time. This kind of view cannot be imitated — it grows only out of a genuine love for the work.
