This house is surrounded by a pine and birch forest, which became the core element of the architectural concept. The building volume opens up toward an inner courtyard, while the perimeter panoramic glazing ensures a constant visual connection with the natural surroundings. The architecture is built on the principles of modern minimalism, where clean forms and restrained geometry emphasize the natural landscape without competing with it.
The facade finishes feature a combination of flexible grey porcelain stoneware and natural timber. The contrast between the mineral texture and the warm wood grain creates a balanced architectural image that fits organically into the forest context and remains timeless beyond passing trends.
A standalone lounge area with an outdoor hot tub and a terrace serves as a distinctive feature of the project. Instead of a traditional pool and sauna complex, this design offers a more intimate space focused on privacy, tranquility, and rejuvenation in direct contact with nature.
The natural topography of the plot has been preserved and integrated into the architecture. The terrace is elevated above the landscape, and the existing trees have been conserved and woven into the site composition. Consequently, the house is perceived as an organic part of the natural environment rather than an object opposed to it. This approach minimizes intervention in the existing terrain, creating a harmonious interaction between architecture and nature.
