The residential complex integrates six buildings into a single architectural environment with a unified landscaping concept, facade rhythm, and thoughtful spatial organization. Instead of a collection of detached buildings, a cohesive living environment has been formed here, where all elements work as a single system. The complex rises up to ten residential floors, while two underground levels are fully dedicated to parking.
The architectural identity is built on the play of volumes and facade depth. The staggered balconies make the silhouette dynamic and visually lighten the scale of the buildings. Integrated greenery is incorporated into the loggias, improving the microclimate, aiding navigation, and becoming an organic part of the architecture. Contrasting dark volumes form expressive accents, highlighting the plasticity of the facades and creating a balance between lightness and monumentality. The top tier of the complex is crowned by duplex penthouses that shape a recognizable silhouette.
Vehicular traffic is completely moved underground. Two levels of underground parking free the inner territory from cars, creating a safe and comfortable courtyard for the residents. Commercial premises—cafes, shops, and everyday services—are located along the perimeter of the ground floors, allowing the complex to become an integral part of the urban fabric and an active public space.
The central courtyard is conceived as a place for relaxation, socializing, and daily life. It features walking paths, recreation areas, and lush landscaping, utilizing natural wood, sand, and architectural concrete in the design. The result is a space where it is truly pleasant to spend time every day, rather than just walk through.
